Gay nudist beaches home
Overview of gay nude beaches

France is and always will be a country with an impressive culture and nature. The French have so many reasons to be proud! Despite of all the horrific terrorism lately and maybe just because of it, you should pay a visit and show your support. Thanks to socialism, hot outgoing mecs have plenty of time (8-10 weeks vacation per year) to adorne the French beaches. In summer they are joined by tourists from the more northern European countries. 18 gay nude beaches are described here, but undoubtedly several others are missing.

Basse Normandie and Haute Normandie

This region is very interesting historically: It was part of England once and D-Day took place on its beaches. You will be reminded by the many bunkers and graveyards. The limestone and granite cliffs make for an impressive coastline. You can meet nude gay guys on Plage du Tilleul, Plage des Vaches Noires and Port-l'Ailly.

Long and rugged coast that is home to these beaches: Plage de Plouharnel and Plage de Trezien. The area around Carnac is famous for its prehistoric monuments: Menhirs (big stones standing up)

Pretty mountainous island surrounded by the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This island was once an independent republic and its culture is closer to the Italian culture than the French. Beautiful Plage de Bonifacio in the south sees some gay activity.

Ile de France

Paris doesn't have any gay beaches, but lots of other options for gay men to enjoy themselves. Like most larger capital cities, there is a very large gay scene and there are neighborhoods where the majority of the people is young and gay. No need to mention all the other attractions, it just suffices to say that Paris is an open air museum (from a historic one, to a modern one, to an innovative one, to a foreign one, to ...). The food and shopping are good too.

Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardie

Dull part of France. You can head to Plage de Berck if you happen to be around.

Known for the many historic castles along the Loire river. There are beautiful beaches too: Plage de la Raitrie and Plage de Sauveterre.

Poitou-Charentes, Limousin and Aquitaine

The wine and the Atlantic Ocean will make you come back again and again. Plage des Casernes and Plage du Porge are wild, isolated and endless.

Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur

La douce France is here: skiing in winter, outdoor dining in the shoulder seasons and tanning on the beaches in summer.

Second largest city of France. Calanque de Sugiton and Plage du Mont Rose are where you will have your fill of nude gay men.

The coast around Nice is mondaine and full of tourists in summer. Plage de Saint Laurent d'Eze is a very small beach that is difficult to find, but worth the effort to get there.

Midi-Pyrenees and Languedoc-Rousillon

Large and beautiful part of France by the Mediterranean Sea. Lots of European tourists visit in summer. Shoulder seasons can still have great beach weather without the crowds. However, if you don't mind a short walk though, you will be able to find a quiet and peaceful spot on the beach in summer too. The climate here is said to be the best of France.

You won't be the only gay guy here... You can enjoy yourself nude and in good company on these beaches close to Montpellier: Plage de l'Espiguette, Plage de Maguelone and Plage des Aresquiers.

The only interesting thing around here is the beach at Bocal du Tech.
